Refund Policy

Company offers a “Do-The-Work” performance guarantee. If Client completes the Program and satisfies all Guarantee conditions yet fails to generate gross collected cash revenue equal to or exceeding the Program investment, Company will refund the Contract Fee. The Guarantee applies to a twelve (12) month time frame commencing on the date Client enrolled in the Program; renewals are excluded. This Guarantee is Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for non-performance of the Program. Except as expressly set out in this Guarantee, all fees paid under this Agreement are non-refundable.
